Viper Gaming VP4000 Mini Overview
The Viper Gaming VP4000 Mini is a M.2 2230 drive so it is only 30mm long. This is the size of most M.2 slots in handheld gaming devices and is the smallest M.2 drive that you can get. On the main side of the drive is a sticker that lets us know we do have the Viper Gaming VP4000 Mini. This sticker is actually a heatspreader that will help with keeping the controller cool.
Flipping the drive over we can see that it is single-sided, which again makes it compatible with handheld gaming devices. There is a simple sticker on the bottom of the drive with all of your pertinent information on it.
Now when it comes to what is under the hood we do have the Silicon Motion SM2269XT and a single NAND chip which is Micron 176-layer TLC.
